3.3 Account Security

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

08 Account Suspension & Closure

g777app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a specified timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• A self-exclusion request made by the player under g777app's Responsible Gaming programme;
• A third-party request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.3 Dormant Accounts
